Aging wine cabinets are intended for the real connoisseurs and the most demanding wine collectors. CLIMADIFF aging preservers are designed exclusively to protect your most precious bottles, allowing them to slowly mature and grow. Climadiff curing preservers create the same ideal conditions as a traditional underground wine cellar: a constant temperature, no vibrations, complete darkness, appropriate humidity levels, and fresh air.

The natural convection controlled by thermodynamic phenomena ensures the ideal temperature of 12° C, constant and uniform from the top of the conservator and downwards. The temperature changes in each bottle of wine are expressed in tenths of a degree. Unlike other wine preservers, the Climadiff maintains this perfect temperature uniformity without a mechanical air circulation system, which is a source of vibration and dryness.

With excellent insulation (5cm) and two high quality electromechanical thermostats equipped with internal and external temperature sensors, the temperature can be adjusted to meet even the most adverse external conditions: +40° C to 0° C.
